While making resolutions is a great start, many of us find it is a challenge to keep our energy and commitment high at a time of year when all we may want to do is hibernate.

If you are like me, Spring is the time to refresh and renew - the longer days inspire us to get active, plant seeds, enjoy the sun. It is also the time to do some spring cleaning - but this year, why not consider a personal spring cleaning as well?

What is a Personal Inner Spring Cleaning?

It is giving yourself permission to look at your life objectively and decide on one or two things that no longer fit. Many times there is so much to do that life becomes overwhelming. Often if we make one or two small changes, the quality of our life improves dramatically. This exercise gives you a chance to make a few changes that can either reduce the stress or improve the joy you find in life.
